Instant Pot Chicken Alfredo
Dry pasta in a pot? sounds crazy, right? Let me assure you that this Instant Pot Chicken Alfredo is sooooo easy and it cooks the pasta a perfect al dente! It was a winner for my kiddos also because they ate it all up (can we say WINNING!) They ate it so fast that I wasn’t even able to get a final picture of the pasta.
I like to saute the chicken until it is brown. To do this on the instant pot; you just need to hit “saute” and the pan will start to warm up. Add a little oil to the bottom of the pan and once it is warm, add the chicken.
It doesn’t get any more simple than this. Add everything to the pot; pasta, sauce, chicken, garlic and 2 cups water. Cook on high pressure for 3 minutes (If you have 2 chicken breasts add another minute)
This is the part when mom and dad dish up the Instant Pot Chicken Alfredo and feed the kiddos. Then forget to put it on a plate and take a picture! 😀
